Because our supplements are consumable health products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of our products for all customers — once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee it hasn’t been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored.

However, we do offer product exchanges in the case of:

• Items that arrive damaged

• Incorrect products received

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@advancedmedspaofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the product received.
